You will be responsible for the up keep and satisfaction of customers on a daily basis. Program Managers are responsible for managing Facebook advertising campaigns and composing content. Customer Success Managers report directly to the Product Manager of Likeable Local.

Roles and Responsibilities: Social media is an ever-changing field, so although you will have some routine responsibilities, your role is going to require you to adapt slightly every now and then. However, this list should give you a good idea of what your day-to-day obligations will be:
Respond to customer requests in regards to Likeable Local and social media. Responsible for composing Facebook content for customers on an ongoing basis. Create and Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns for every customer. Maintain ongoing relationships with each customer via phone and email
Skills/Knowledge: In order to be successful in this position, you need to possess certain skills/qualities: Strong customer service skills (over the phone). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Experience with Facebook Advertising. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Strong time-management and organization skills. An enthusiastic and outgoing personality. Ability to problem solve.
